Digital Wealth Capabilities Expand with Portfolio Pathway
Jemstep, the market leading digital wealth provider, is pleased to announce expanded capabilities with Invesco’s acquisition of Portfolio Pathway, the cloud-based portfolio reporting, billing, trading and rebalance solution provider. Portfolio Pathway, with over $37B in assets under administration and over 850,000 accounts, will assist in Jemstep’s ability to address the needs of financial institutions, advisors and individual investors.
Simon Roy, President and CEO of Jemstep, indicated that “the addition of Portfolio Pathway complements Jemstep’s platform, adding cost-efficient trading and rebalancing, portfolio accounting, billing and performance reporting technology for advisory firms. We are excited to support Portfolio Pathway in expanding their capabilities to continue to serve the RIA market with their market-tested solutions.”
The modular service offering is operational on over 20 custodians and can be configured to support a range of portfolio management needs. Jemstep and Portfolio Pathway are committed to an open architecture and will continue expanding integrations with third party solution providers.
“We couldn’t be more excited to support Jemstep in enhancing its platform.” said Dave Miller, CEO, Portfolio Pathway. “Portfolio Pathway has always been committed to innovation that simplifies the advisor and client experience. The opportunities created with Jemstep and Invesco resources greatly enhance our ability to deliver outstanding solutions for clients.”
Portfolio Pathway will operate as an independent subsidiary of Invesco, as part of the digital wealth business.
This acquisition reinforces Invesco’s strategy of partnering with and investing in technology companies to provide advisory firms with the innovative and flexible tools they need to develop their business. “This acquisition provides another building block in our global digital wealth capabilities and demonstrates our continued commitment to delivering greater value and expertise to our financial advisor partners,” said Bryan Perryman, Chief Operating Officer of Jemstep and Head of Invesco Digital Strategy.
