We are currently seeking a VP of Sales to effectively increase growth by developing, qualifying and maintaining new and existing relationships. This individual should expect a challenging, but flexible working experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop new prospects and leverage referrals in order to increase sales
  • Use new and existing channels efficiently to build relationships
  • Develop deep knowledge of Portfolio Pathway’s products and services
  • Provide online and in-person demonstrations of all products
  • Attend various industry conferences and other events for the purpose of developing sales opportunities
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Excellent knowledge of financial services industry, including knowledge of Registered Investment Advisors, Broker Dealers and Wealth Managers
  • Demonstrate ability to interact, listen and influence actions and opinions of others
  • Strong sales skills required: negotiation, up-selling, closing, follow-up, relationship building and networking
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Effective written, listening and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, superior time management strategies and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to consistently meet agreed upon performance goals
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience selling financial services offerings required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience building and maintaining a customer account base a plus

Advisor Support Specialist

SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Advisor Support Team. This person’s primary responsibility will be to provide a high level of support for our financial advisor customers.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • Acting as the subject matter expert on all aspects of our web application covering portfolio reporting, billing and rebalancing
  • Training advisors on the Portfolio Pathway system capabilities available by completing one-on-one sessions
  • Reviewing customer requests with a sense of urgency seeking out potential solutions
  • Working with other teams for resolutions to issues and following through to completion
  • Owning communication on issues to customers including updates, resolution, and root cause
  • Assist with the onboarding of new customers
  • Assist with special projects for both customers and internal needs
  • Providing assistance to advisors by highlighting additional features which would be beneficial to their overall business
  • Assisting with performance measurement questions
  • Overseeing quarter-end processing of quarterly performance statements

  • Identifying reconciliation with various brokerage firms and correcting the issue
  • Working with programmers to resolve and eliminate future outages
  • Reviewing and maintaining audits designed to highlight data exceptions

  • Providing assistance to the Advisor Support Team
  • Creating, maintaining and helping to improve operational processes and procedures

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst. This person’s primary responsibility will be to provide, gather, and document requirements for various projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet and work with product owners, project business sponsors, and potentially customers to gather requirements for projects.
  • Assist Product Owner with Backlog grooming, User Story development, and prioritization.
  • Lead requirements discussions to document, analyze and translate functional and non-functional requirements into user stories, diagrams, and other deliverables as needed.
  • Participate in Scrum Agile events and other agile activities.
  • Manage multiple priorities, customer expectations, and relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Assist the team as needed to complete stories and with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
SKILLS FOR THIS POSITION
  • Knowledge of scrum process in an agile methodology
  • Familiar with Microsoft Environment including Team Foundation Server
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytic, organizational, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, planning and technical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
